    Dual USB Outputs

    DC 5V/2A USB ports for Tablets, smart phones and other electronic devices. It allows you to charge two devices at the same time, the Solar power charger provides great convenience with you and your friends who needs charging services.

    Note:

    1. If you want to charge two devices simultaneously (two devices, each output 1A), the time to be fully charged will be relatively slower. But it will be faster to charge a device with 5V/2A output.

    2. The USB cable in the package is only used to charge the solar charger. It is not recommended to charge other devices, which may slow down the charging efficiency due to incompatibility.

    3. Please charge it via outlet at least 6-7 hours at first time use to fully activate the solar panel.

    4. LED Working Method: LED button is on the side, near the charging ports opposite the clip. You must first press and hold to turn on above 3-5 seconds, the led flashlight will work. Short press to cycle modes/turn off.

    5. The best operating temperature for a solar phone charger is -14°F—140°F. For security, please don't put it in a parked car or other place with high temperature. The high temperature will destroy the item.

    6. Please do not take solar as a primary charge source. Solar charging is used for emergency. In daily life, we highly recommend charge it via wall outlet. Please kindly know that solar charging is an additional feature. The actual result may not be as positive as you expect for the small panel size, large capacity, and uncontrollable sunlight intensity. Thank you for your understanding!

      If the T-Shirt has a manufacturing defect i.e ripped or torn when you open the package, let us know by taking a picture and email us directly with your order number.

      We only do replace 30 days after the shipped date for US orders and up to 60 days after the shipped date for international orders

      • I’m missing a product from my order, what do I do?

        We may have sent your items in separate packages so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.

        If an item is missing, please contact our TC Customer Care team with the order number and the missing item's name and number. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

      • I have an incorrect item in my order, what do I do?

        Please contact our TC Customer Care team with the order number and the incorrect item's name and number. The TC team will sort out any issues with incorrect items straightaway.

      • What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

        If the item is damaged when you open the package, please take a picture and send it to our TC Customer Care team. There is no need to return the damaged items to us. The TC team will send a new item to you free of charge.

      • Can I cancel my order with you after I've placed it?

        You have up to 12 hours to cancel your order from the time your order is completed through email. Once the 12-hour period has passed, it's too late for you or our Customer Care team to cancel your order If you cancel your order, we will refund what you paid through PayPal within 5 working days.         Will you refund the shipping charges on my parcel?

      • Can I amend my order with you after I've placed it?

        You have up to 12 hours to amend your order from the time your order is completed through email. Once the 12-hour period has passed, it's too late for you or our Customer Care team to amend your order. Please contact our TC Customer Care team as soon as possible.

      • How does US Standard Shipping work?

        if you choose US Standard Shipping*:

        • If your order is above $49.00, no delivery charge will be applied. If your order value is less than this, the delivery charge is $4.00 for the first item and $2.00 per each additional items.
        • Your package will arrive within 14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you place your order. ( It takes us 5-7 working to process your orders and another 5-7 working days to ship your package)
        • If your order is shipped on a trackable service, we'll email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has left our warehouse.
        • If you're not in when your packages arrive, the couriers will leave your package in your mailbox or on your porch. If this isn't possible, it will be left at your local post office and they'll leave you a card to tell you where it is.
        • Deliveries are not made on public holidays, so you can expect your order to arrive the next working day.
        • Expedited shipping are currently unavailable. We are currently working with our logistic providers to make this happen.

        *We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. The TC cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

      • How does International Shipping work?

        After your order has been printed within 5-7 business days, your package will be shipped out for delivery. International Shipments take approximately 14 business days for delivery. So your order is always estimated to arrive within 21 business days.

        International shipments originate through USPS (the United States Postal Service.) Once they leave the United States, they are handled by the postal system of the country listed for delivery.

      • My order hasn't arrived, could you tell me where it is?

        Your estimated delivery date is in your Order Confirmation email – please allow until this date for your order to arrive. If your order has been sent on a trackable service, all you need to do is to type the tracking code into ‘Track Order’ and view your order.

      • I’ve cancelled my order – when will my money be available again?

        If you have cancelled your orders,then we will refund what you paid for your order but not the delivery charges (fee & tax where applicable) within 5 business days.

        Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense.

    Waterproof Solar Charger

    I recieved the waterproof 10000Ma solar charger. I placed it on my Jeeps dash to charge. Went to 100% charge in 1 day. Have used it to charge my phone and it worked great. Comes with built in cables so you do not have to carry extra cables. Plan to use this next week while on a week long camping trip. I highly recommend it.

    So far so good

    So far using it on a train has been really nice. I was able to charge my headphones, which were Bose noise canceling.. what’s convenient is that they’re about the size of an iPhone so I can tuck it in my bag really quickly. I can leave it on the back patio to charge up, but it seems to hold a charge as well. It’s been about three weeks that my second battery pack charger has been sitting and it still has three dots out of four.

    It is awesome. I use it to charge my phone and my vape at work. I haven't had the opportunity to use it in a outdoors setting but I will soon hopefully.
